This piece was inspired by a place referred to as First Crossing or Hamberlin Crossing, on the Paluxy River, just outside of Glen Rose, Texas
It features the calm river on a sunny day while a fisherman in his blue shirt, camouflaged by blues of the sky reflecting on the water, sits on a large rock, looking downstream, connecting with nature.
